Our beliefs

We believe in one God: eternal existence in three persons: The father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Ge. 1:26, Jh. 1:14, Jh. 10:30, Jh. 14:16)

We believe that the Bible is the only inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God. (2 Tm. 3:16, 1 Te. 2:13, 2 Pe. 2:21)

We believe that Jesus came to this earth to die for a fallen humanity. The Bible says that we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. God has sent His only begotten Son 2000 years ago to bring reconciliation between God and humanity. (Rm 3:23, Ef. 1:7)

We believe that Jesus came to put an end to sin, so that we no langer have to live in sin. Jesus came to set us free from sin and we believe that when you are made free by Him, you will be truly free. (Rm 6:10-11, Jh 8: 34-36)

We believe in Jesus His Godliness, His life without sin, in His crucifixion and His resurrection. (Jh. 10:30, 2 Cr. 5:21, Lc. 24:6-7)

We believe that trough Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection, we can be born again. The Bible says that we all have to be born again to enter the Kingdom of God. Only through Jesus Christ there is salvation and only trough Him, we can live in relationship with God and obey Him into everything that He desires of us, not through our own strength of abilities, but through the power of the Holy Spirit. (Jh. 3:3-5, Ac. 4:12, Ac. 1:8)

We believe in order to receive forgiveness and to be born again, we have to repent of our sins and we have to put our faith in the Lord Jesus and submit our lives to His will. We have to be baptized in water and be filled with the Holy Spirit. (Ac. 2:38, Rm. 6:4, Cl. 2:12)

We believe in sanctification. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, beginning at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation. (Hb 12:14, 1 Te. 5:23, 2 Pt. 3:18, 2 Cr. 3:18, Fp. 3:12-14; 1 Cr. 1:30).

We believe as Paul writes in Romans 15:29 in the full blessing of the Gospel and in the whole counsel of God. (Ac. 20:27)

We believe in the universal will of God and in a specific will of God and that God has a unique destiny for every person and every believer. (Rm 12:2, Ef. 3:20-21, Jr 29:11, Js 55:8-9)

We believe that the world will be more and more influenced by the great message of the Gospel. In particular trough evangelism and discipleship. Before Jesus went to heaven, he gave a clear commandment: Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature and make disciples of all nations. (Mc. 16:15, Mt. 28:18-20)

We believe that our eternal destiny heaven or hell depends on the response that we have on to the Gospel and thereby doing what the Lord Jesus Christ requires of us.  (Hd. 4:12, Mt. 7:24-25, 1 Jh. 5:12)

We believe in Jesus’ return. Jesus who was taken up from earth into heaven, shall come back in the same manner as He went into heaven. (Ac. 1:11, Rv 22:20)
